Requirements

  • Work experience in the HR department for at least 3 years, preferably in the IT field;
  • In-depth knowledge in the field of labor legislation and HR processes;
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively interact with different levels of staff;
  • The ability to think analytically and make informed decisions;
  • High degree of responsibility and result orientation;
  • Knowledge of English at a level sufficient to work with documentation and communicate with foreign colleagues (preferably).

Tasks

  • Development and implementation of HR strategies that meet the company's goals and support its growth;
  • Planning and conducting the recruitment process, including writing vacancies, conducting interviews and preparing offers;
  • Organization and conduct of personnel evaluations, development of a training and development program;
  • Managing corporate culture and employee motivation activities;
  • Ensuring compliance with labor laws and internal rules of the company;
  • Conflict resolution and support for employees in solving personal and professional problems.
